Yes, we do have the following discounts:

• 3 months prepayment - 0.5%
• 6 months prepayment - 1%
• 12 months prepayment - 1.5%

• On request we provide VPNs to clients who host 50+ miners with us

• Yes, there is an agreement that must be signed to protect both the customers and ourselves
• We provide our clients with the ability to choose between 3, 6 and 12 month contracts.
• Your hosted time will not begin until your units have arrived. We guarantee your space for 30 days since your payment is received.

• Customers pay and take all risks for the delivery of their equipment from the country of origin to Montreal airport or Montreal port. We suggest you use a local Freight Forwarder in the country of delivery. From Montreal airport or port the equipment will be picked by us/our freight forwarder and delivered to our facility.
• There is only 5% tax (GST) upon entering Canada. Even that tax most likely will be redeemed and then credited to your account with our company within 12 months, once we get a refund. So essentially it means 0% on importing miners.
  For comparison: If importing to the USA, the one would pay at least 32.5%.
 
• We will clear the shipment for you. We charge flat fee of USD $500 for customs clearance procedure and delivery within Canada, no matter the number of miners.
• Clients are responsible for the payment of all relevant fees and taxes in the country of origin.

• We are based in Greater Toronto Area, Canada. All miners are set up in facility near Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We do not disclose address of our data center for security reasons.

   
• Once your hosting request has been approved by our team, you can ship your miners to the following addresses:

  For air or sea shipments from +20kg (45lbs) please make sure all shipments are consigned to the following address:

  Remark:
  Please kindly contact us before scheduling any delivery to our forwarder’s warehouse. We will inform them to expect shipment to be consigned to PrudentMining.com.
  
  Alternatively forwarder can arrange pickup of any shipment from any distribution warehouse in China, if that's more convenient for you.
  

• There is no minimum requirement. We understand you don't know us and we will host as little as 1 miner to earn your trust.

• 99.9% is our typical up-time.
• If you miner goes offline for an extended period and it is not bootable, you may be entitled for compensation of unused power and credit will be applied to your hosting bill.
• Malfunction or broken miners will be returned to customers at our discretion and shipping is customers responsibility.

• Yes, we can host any cryptocurrency and any equipment of your choice.

• Yes, we will allow exchange of hardware mid-contract. New set up fees will be applied for smaller contracts less then 50 miners.

• If Customers don’t provide a power supply that is 80-Plus Gold rated with active power-factor-correction, we will supply at extra charge.
• We will always recommend higher end power supplies. The #1 point of failure for miners is inadequate or cheap power supply. Since you have invested so much into your miners, it does not make much sense to cut corners now.

• You may choose to renew your contract or have your miners shipped out of the facility.
• If neither is done within 30 days after the contract end date, the miners will be disposed.

• No, we will not host old miners. They will not make you money. We are looking for long term partners and our space is limited.

• We will provide power for one business day before machine(s) would be turned off to allow you to make payment arrangements or shipping arrangements to move out equipment. If no payment and no shipping arrangements are done within 30 days after the turn off, the miners will be disposed.

• We do sell some new and used models from Bitmain (Antminers) and MicroBT (Whatsminers). For new models there is usually few weeks wait time due to popularity and demand. Ask us about discounts for volume clients. To purchase from stock and do pre-orders please visit www.MinerSold.com
